The HIV Ministry

The HIV Ministry provides encouragement and support to people infected and affected by HIV.

Scripture One:

And the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself restore you and make you strong firm and steadfast. 1 Peter 5:10

I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go; and I will bring you this land. Genesis 28:15

Mission Statement:

To provide a place of grace for those who are infected and affected by HIV. Our ministry will empower others with our passion to serve and educate the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and the community without judgment.

What We Do:

• Provide a safe place where God’s presence can be found.

• Provide free testing the second Saturday of every month from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

• Promote awareness through faith

• Provide education and prevention to the church to attend a service

• Provide health information and resources

• Outreach to the community through the use of media

• Provide prayer upon request

• Welcome all people with open arms
